Poorly arranged Mothers day flowers. Not like online pictured at all, in a different vase that looks cheap and ugly. All for $100 dollars. Very embarrassing

They sent the wrong flowers for my niece. No one speaks English when you call customer service. They gave me a 10.00 gift card to use on THEIR WEBSITE! I said I won’t be using your services ever again. I ordered pink roses and Lilly . She got carnations! Ordered white and pink, she got pink and hot pink. Wtf!!

If you wanna get some nice flowers, maybe go down to pick at a local shop. My mother arrangements was not as the picture. It have no roses what so ever nor rarely any purple or lavender flowers. It was all mostly white daisy (i think) and only will be refunded not even half of what I paid. And if you're wondering if order the lavender lavish rose bouquet.

I ordered the Lavish Lavender bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day. Order #103975740. Lavender is her favorite color therefore, I chose this flower arrangement for that reason. Not only did it have beautiful lavender roses and carnations: it had a lavender ribbon around the vase. Her flowers were delivered Friday as expected, which was great; however the bouquet looked nothing like the one pictured. In fact it was many greenery and no lavender at all. I called the customer service number provided on my order and the representative totally understood my frustration and offered to send a new bouquet order of exactly what I wanted. That arrived today but again, I was disappointed to find out yet again the order was not a lavender bouquet. It’s mainly pick , green and white. It is disappointing that what is advertised, that you’re paying for , is not what you get.

Ordered flowers over a week ago to be delivered today, but they did not deliver. Called twice and was offered a discount for flowers to be delivered another day. I needed it today. Why would you order it and pick a time after you needed the flowers?!? Eventually I was given a refund, but it took effort on my part. I will never use this product again, and I will actively tell those I know to avoid this inefficient and incapable business.

Do NOT order from send flowers. They are horrible. I purchased a basket that was lays chips, candy, crackers, Lindt chocolates and instead they gave my loved one chorizo, unbranded chips and chocolates from another country and the basket just looked ghetto and terrible. I will NEVER order from this site again and I will only deal directly with my local Florists. Sendflowers will make great day TERRIBLE.

I am very disappointed. I had a "credit" that they kept emailing me to use, so I tried to. There was nowhere to put the code on the website, they kept applying their own discount code that did not save me as much. I contacted the 1-800 number for help and was transferred from one non-English speaking person to another non-English speaking person who kept asking me to hold on any time I tried to speak. After 5 minutes, I hung up and emailed. They offered me a $10 refund. Now that my flowers have been delivered to the recipient, I am really mad. The flowers came in a box. I ordered 15 tulips that was supposed to be a rainbow assortment. There are 2 colors: purple and orange. The green stems and leaves are yellow. I ordered an arrangement with a vase, but a vase was not included. The "card" is actually a sheet of paper with what I wanted on it typed out. There is not a card in with the flowers in a vase presented to the recipient. I will never order from or recommend Send Flowers again. Very disappointing experience. The customer service, presentation, and value were all unsatisfactory.

Horrible, vergonzoso , un desastre total y falta de respeto con el tiempo h ep done or de la gente. Envié flores y primero me llega un email de que entregaron luego entro a shop y veo que dice refunded .
