If you want never-ending spam for the rest of your life, give these people an email address. They are a real estate company that charges up front for marketing your timeshare. They don't really care if it sells or not - they make their money but convincing owners to pay them to put it on the market. They will happily tell you how valuable your timeshare is *even if its been bulldozed* and offer to sell if for you. For a price, of course. Pay them and they'l put it on the market. As a seller, I have a problem selling worthless property and their persistant spam after I've told them "NO!" Buyers had better beware as well.

We posted two properties for sale over a year ago, had no leads at all, in the meantime we got rid of one on our own (they told us to put it for sale “just in case” even if we told them that we were in process of canceling it but they told us that it’s not going to happen) instead of giving us all money back they gave us a fraction and called it a “good faith”. We keep decreasing the price, still no leads whatsoever, now we’re stuck with them since we already spent a lot of money fir absolutely nothing but waste of time. I would not recommend it to anyone so far unless some miracle happens.

Don’t use sellmytimesharenow.com It’s over $2000 for a meager ad. They say they’re actively going to sell it, but that is 100% not true. If they get a response to the post they put up- which is pretty much just a link to the place’s site, then they reach out. I had a sought after ski place and they haven’t sold it after 6 months. You can’t get a refund after 10days. Don’t do it!

I had contacted them many times, via email and owner portal to change my selling price. It has been a few weeks, and no one care to contact me or change my selling price. I have an existing contract with them.

I believe that SellMyTimeshareNow posts fake listings. I am looking to buy a specific resort contract and there is NO WAY that they have 90 listings. Ive made offers on TEN of them and the sellers agent has said NO COUNTER OFFER on all of my offers. This is impossible. When someone pays $2000 to list a timeshare for sale and says PLEASE MAKE OFFER NEED TO SELL, lists it for $5000 and someone offers $3500... they counter offer. I imagine there is a licensed real estate broker who backs this company and these tactics are NOT legal or ethical. This is a fake company looking to scam your money to list and then they dont bother to tell you someone even makes an offer. Dont get sucked in. These guys are scammers. I think they post fake reviews so you think they are a huge reseller, when all they are interested in is getting a listing fee from you. Not too much SELLING going on for all of you.

THIS IS A SCAM ! DON'T EVER CONTACT THEM. HOW THEY OPERATE: THEY ADVERTISE THEY BUY YOUR TS, WHEN YOU CALL IT TURNS OUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLIENT FOR YOU BUT THEY MAKE YOU CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE. THIS PERSON OVERVALUE YOUR PROPERTY 3 OR 4 TIMES MORE, THEN ASK YOU $1.998 UPFRONT FEES. OF COURSE AT THE PRICE THEY WILL ASK IT NERVER GETS SOLD. NOW I AM STRUGLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. NO ANSWER FROM THEM.

This is a scam. They assured me $12K was a fair asking price, and they wanted about $1300 to list it (the price dropped after I told them no about 3x. So I listed it and then started looking at exact comparable listings and there were exact matches for $1,000 that appeared to have not sold, so why would someone pay me $12K when they can buy the same points at the same resort for $1K. Cancelled within my right to cancel period and disputed with the credit card and got my money back.

This place will charge you $2k to list your property with no guarantee it will sell. They will say your property is worth $$$$ when in reality it’s worth $. Go with a broker that charges no up front fees and will tell your honestly how much your property is worth.
