SellMyTimeshareNOWReviews of sellmytimesharenow.com

This service is SCAM. After they convince you with a bunch of false info on the market value and demand, and once you pay the fees - you won't receive ANY offers, and their sales reps will just disappear. After some time, your ad disappears, too, and their "support service" will just ignore your inquires. I hope someone has the resources to shut them down for good.

Is a joke agent took my money placed an ad still active. Asked more then once for agent to call me with no call back to this day. I have been doing all the work dropping the price to the point I’ll be lucky to get the fees back we paid to use this company. Is a joke as an owner run from them.

Its nearly impossible to sell these timeshares are worth almost nothing. They are on eBay for a dollar. I got one offer for four grand but the agent reneged because I still owe a balance. The whole Timeshare industry is a scam and the resale market is a scam because they can’t sell it and they know it,you’re only paying for the listing. We are suckers. this. Timeshare will break you financially! I know this from experience and attorneys have told me this!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The salesperson does a wonderful job of conning you into listing with them. We were told it would sell, no problem. We lowered the price 3 times and still have not received ANY correspondence from them, nothing! We are coming up on a year with them. Total waste of money!!!

I listed our Orlando timeshare with SMTN in May 2021 and I was promised that the timeshare would sell within 12 months. 2.5 years later and I have received ZERO offers and ZERO customer service from this platform.

I was approached by a sales person and although it went well at the beginning, the price was very high. When he followed up I told him I had gone with someone else. I got a face full of being told I had made the wrong decision, that I had made a decision based on cost which is entirely the wrong way to make a decision, that the resort would have lied to me to refer me to someone else (what would they have to gain? The answer per this sales person was "because they are my competitor in selling timeshares"), and "when you're ready to actually sell I'll be here." Who knows, maybe he'll actually turn out to be right. Problem is, I'll never recommend these people because of the tone. Reviewee asked for more information about my experience on July 20. Provided it 3:43p.m. July 21. Also took the opportunity to add more details of the call, since I am being asked for more details.

I’ve advertised with this company for over a year now. I have received 4 offers but there is no transparency on who the prospective buyers are. I have also reduced the sale price by nearly half in an attempt to achieve a sale. Disappointingly, when an offer is received, there is no update received from SellMyTimeshare as to what they have done to contact the buyer and negotiate a sale. I just keep writing to them like a blank wall. It looks like a complete scam to me as we’ve paid huge sum if money to advertise on this website. Emails sent to the customer care and agent (we can’t call as we are based overseas) are either not responded to or even if a response is received after many days, all they will tell you is there is no news from the buyer (and the same thing occurs again and again since this is the 4th offer I’ve received ). It’s a huge question mark if anything has been done to contact the prospective buyer. It’s a complete waste of money and very disappointing experience indeed.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Stay away. They will take an upfront payment because they will never sell your timeshare for you. Think about it, if they were so confident then why would they need an upfront payment and not just a commission on a sale. I got scammed so save yourself the headache and DO NOTUSE THIS COMPANY
