They are scammmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Don’t do it!!!!!!!!!!!! Please dont do it! Just get a legal services (lawyer) to get you out of it. They promise to sell shares with 50 days, its been 5 months, and when you call they get nasty with youuuuu. Dont do it, thry are legit scam

Is the best orchestrated scam I’ve ever seen,!! The only thing they care about is that you pay their upfront commission, and then they forget about you, don’t be fooled, it’s a big lie!!

Ok, they are so adamant that my $2,000 fee would be good and that they can guarantee sales. Guess what? We can't give it away! After we listed, only then did I see, after a year and half, that people were desperately listing their timeshares for $1. Maybe that is not their fault but timeshares are a money trap that you have a very expensive time getting out of and this company was a waste of my hard-earned money. We had to hire lawyers, instead, which was not cheap, but considering the money trap that would then have my daughter stuck with it, after we die, we wanted to get out. DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE and if you are stuck with one, this will not help.

Hi I bought my Timeshare for $20 000 (US) ($27 000 CAN) and is now listed at $4000. This purchase was a major mistake on my part. I paid $1600 to list with SMTN. In 3 years I received 4 offers and the best one was for $750. SMTN is such a SCAM. I would never deal with your company again and would never recommend it to anyone. I agree with Stac B, signed up, promised the TRUE VALUE, encouraged to drop price to practically giving your Time Share away. Did not receive one offer, & eventually after over 18months or more, disappear. Waste of money & time. Take that money & pay towards paying off your Time Share. Will be a great place for buyers, Cos you are encouraged to drop your price to give away rates!!

ben al bijna een jaar bezig om betaling te krijgen van onze onderhoud fee! bedrijf reageert niet op mail. toezeggingen worden niet na gekomen. Schande. Er wordt totaal niet meer door SMTN gereageerd. Blokeren je rekening gewoon!!!

I listed my timeshare at the recommended price. Over a year later I sold it for less than the cost to list on SMTSN sight. Do your homework before you list anything with this company.
