I had a timeshare from my parents that was never really utilized. The annual maintenance fees were horrible and it would have been better just to pay out of pocket for vacation. Therefore, I was researching a way out of the Marriott Vacation club. Marriott Bonvoy was useless and obviously I wasn't a big fan of selling at a massive loss. But SellMyTimeshareNOW actually performed. Although there was a loss (don't ever buy a timeshare on the primary market) they did follow through.

I purchased my timeshare and the transaction was handled in a very professional manner. I would certainly recommend Sellmytimesharenow and I would use them again for a future purchase or sale.

I've bought several resale Westin timeshares from Jason who works at SMTN over the course of many years and every time the transaction has gone smoothly without any issues. I appreciate him reaching out to me whenever he has a deal that he thinks I may be interested in. It has been taking longer to close a resale transaction (> 3months) recently but that is due to the Vacation Clubs (e.g. Vistana/Westin) taking awhile to complete and finalize the transfer of ownership and no fault of SMTN or the closing company.

Ben Cochrane with SMTN is amazing to work with. The process was so easy. It is a little time consuming but any kind of transaction like this is. Paperwork was all done electronically and was easy to complete and understand. We have purchased 2 different times with Ben and in the future will probably buy more. We have enjoyed many vacations since and are so happy with our purchase.
