Hi all, just a short note to talk about my experience with SMTN. My comments will be in 2 Parts, the company and the process. As far as the company, I had a great service as this was my first time dealing with this group. My rep, Steven was knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions promptly, for me, that is a rare quality today as everything takes so much time, having someone answer quickly made the experience so much easier. SMTN followed up with me and met all their commitments, what they said, they did, again, no hassle just results and that is much appreciated. The second part was the process, that I found to be long, in this post covid era, it’s to be expected, maybe I am not a patent person but again, SMTN would post me and that made it worth the wait. To be fair, I purchased my points in 2022 I hope that they have made some changes so I would ask how long will the complete process last as not to be disappointed. In conclusion, would I recommend SMTN, absolutely yes, I was very happy with their professionalism, follow ups and the guidance that my rep gave me, this could be overwhelming but they made it easy and safe, why do I say that, today, we need to be careful who we deal with, this company is serious and top notch. I did my do diligence but you never know, no issues with this group.Thanks again. PS: I love my points and the destinations. Dan

Other than delays probably related to my being Canadian and doing a sale in the USA I was very satisfied with the whole process. The important point is to have the proper documentation.

I didn’t realise that selling my timeshare would be so complicated. Thankfully Ben and his team from SMTN made the process very simple by getting me a good price and then guiding me through each step to completion. Great job to all at SMTN and a big thank you.

We actually purchased through SMTN about 2 years ago. We had some use or lose points with our Wyndham/RCI gold mmbshp so we went to Hilton Head Village at Palmetto Dunes. We had been to HHI many years ago but were just so so about it. Then we found this little gem and on a whim googled Time shares for Sale Village at Palmetto Dunes. Sure enough we saw 2 listings and left an interest request and our salesman from SMTN contacted us. This can be a very scary process if you are not careful. Truthfully I would only use this site to buy or sell timeshare. It is Legit. We had the best experience and our salesman and the whole team was very professional and explained a lot of things along the way. Always available to answer questions. Soon after we became the very happy owners for a great price of a 2BR townhouse 2 weeks back to back in July at Village at Palmetto dunes which we love very much....and so does our family. RMC that manages them is also GREAT!! I even got to talk to the original owner before we closed and he mentioned why he was selling before we even asked. I also use Trust Pilot now for other things so I feel confident to give SMTN a great review. If I ever sell any of my timeshare I will use them.
