SellMyTimeshareNOWReviews of sellmytimesharenow.com

SMTS was easy to work with and they were very transparent that it may take some time, but we will sell. A year later, my timeshare was sold and the process was seamless! I did not receive what I wanted but enough to accept offer.

SMTN sold several of our Marriott timeshare points. The only property that didn't sell was a gold week at the Canyon Villas in AZ. SMTN helped us through the process of selling which can be very confusing. They made it smooth and kept us informed very efficiently. We would recommend SMTN if you are interested in buying or selling timeshare properties.

I purchased a Hilton Elara timeshare last year which was fast and quick I also put my Hawaii Pono Kai timeshare for sale last year the same time I purchased Elara in 2022. I only got one response on it this year in May 2023. I even took $1000 off asking price .Hopefully it sells this year.

Sell my time was great. They sold both of our units in Maui. It took a while however with a soft market we stayed the course and found two buyers. Thanks again!

I purchased a timeshare through them and even though it took longer than expected to close the deal I have the property deeded in my name and have used it. I would not have purchased the property at retail price from the resort directly but at this price it made me make a move. I helped my mother in-law post her week for sale on their site and she didn't have as great as an experience. She was asking a high price but the fact that they made her pay big bucks upfront for the listing is a bit off putting. They should charge $100 max for the listing as it's inventory for them. I believe she paid close to $500 and they originally wanted $1,000. At the end of the day I'm overall happy with their selection and the price I paid but don't agree with their high listing pricing.

I used Sell My Timeshare Now to purchase a week at Sunset Cove Resort in Marco Island. Find an owner to accept my offer took a while , but my rep T.J. went over and beyond to go through their database for potential sellers. Once we negotiated the price and terms, paperwork was quickly processed and then it was just a matter of waiting for the resort to transfer the deed. Their staff kept checking in with me periodically along the way. All together it took about 4-5 months, but it was a smooth transaction on their end. There was a mix up with the estoppel on the resorts end, but it was taken care of . Very pleased all in all.

Within 2-3 weeks, the team at SMTN had both of my timeshares sold and the all the paperwork completed. It was a pretty smooth process overall. My only frustration came when we had to wait for Marriott and the County to properly process the transactions (which took months). Thanks to the SMTN team for guiding me through the process!

The brokers were able to weed out questions and find the true buyer. Then the closing package and timing of the full completion was so easy, they made it so easy to navigate
