The 'Continue' button is grayed out, and the phrase 'To Continue your order, select a Payment Condition' which are found to the right. The selection of 'Accept the price' is described below the button as 'After the device inspection, get paid instantly!' as well as the text 'Your low to high quote value: ($-$$$)' to the right of the button. Just to clarify the situation: 1. You were issued a check in January of 2019 by Chase Bank on behalf of Sellagadget.com. 2. You waited until July of 2019 (6 months later) to ask if we could reissue payment, as you never cashed the payment. 3. Chase Bank has a strict policy, which is plainly printed under the payment amount of their checks reading "CHECK VOID AFTER 90 DAYS". 4. You were explained this situation, after our managers worked on this issue to try to get it resolved in your favor despite the banks policy, and your response is to blame...us? Thank you, we greatly appreciate your feedback! Sellagadget.com currently provides a free shipping label for our customers to print out and use for their package. Upon request, we can mail you the label if you do not have access to a printer. However, our company would incur a rather large cost to ship packing materials to each individual customer who places an order. Also, it would be quite the undertaking to estimate what packing materials are needed for each customer, as we purchase a wide variety of size, shape, and weight devices. Our Inspection Department found/pictured the following issues with your device: https://imgur.com/a/vwgC3A3 As can be clearly seen in the pictures and screenshots, the payout of $4 was for: Poor packaging, password locked device, cracked screen, broken cosmetics, dirty cosmetics, and missing A/C adapter. Unfortunately, based on the inspection of this device, the payout was appropriate. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.
