Fast and easy without the hassle of meeting up with a stranger. A set price exchange and a free shipping label. Love it

Currently I give this company a five star rating due to their prompt and accurate customer service responses. I have yet to experience them in full due to my first transaction with them is still in process, but so far, so good. :)

mediocre , the quote and the actual price I got paid were quite different , and the extra 5 youre supposed to get for the review apparently doesnt exist .

They need a better way to predict what your payout will be I was expecting around 30 dollars and received 6 that’s not a ver acceptable difference in my mind. Otherwise is was very easy and the computer was recycled.

Thank you for your feedback, Nancy! You selected "Accept The Price" before check out. This selection means you have seen and accept the LOW to HIGH range quote for your item, and once the inspection is complete, your payout is sent immediately. Inspection Department found/pictured the following issues with your device, including but not limited to a destroyed screen and damaged bottom case: imgur.com/a/8GOEUQl Unfortunately, based on the inspection of this device, the payout was appropriate. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied. If you need any clarification, please refer to the 'Terms And Conditions' you agreed to before the order was complete: https://sellagadget.com/terms-and-conditions

The online form doesn't give an option to write any notes. My computer has an issue with a pressed key which we couldn't fix otherwise it was in great shape. I had to choose "broken" which lowered the quote.
