I recently left this storage facility for geographic reasons but I have to say that it’s my favorite place to store and warehouse in Chicago or in any city for that matter I have a close to 20 year relationship with the facility and have stored there on and off since 1998 All the staff and management along the way have been nothing but stellar and I’m truly sorry to go. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ten stars in my opinion

Staff is very accommodating.

Super clean spaces. Modern. Easy to enter and leave. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell that they know what they are doing and that they appreciate my business. Rates are super affordable too.

Keep sending me these reviews after I’ve already reviewed your crappy business twice and I’ll keep giving you one star. Haven’t had a storage unit there in at least 6 months. I continue to get these surveys.
KEITH
Very reasonable service although the price could go down some for us hard-working people.

The space is great but hike in rent adter 6 months by more than 25% is ridiculous!

Very convenient hours. Staff is trustworthy, and helpful when we rented out our unit. Would definitely recommend to others.
