Self Storage 1Reviews of selfstorage1.com

IT HAS BEING VERY GOOD AND NICE!!

Excellent facility, great location, reasonable rates, very secure clean, maintained facility. Would definitely use again and recommend too. Thanks

5 stars mainly because of the outstanding service from the staff. Specifically the gentleman that works most days during the week I believe is the manager. Always friendly and helpful. Really goes above and beyond.

It is VERY clean , very organized and people that work there , they are the kindest ! I left my belongings for 3 months , as I was away in my home country for summer . I couldn't be happier about storage space . Also it is secure and reliable .

Safe and secure facility, great staff, and easy process for drop off and pick up

The staff at Self Storage 1 was absolutely amazing. If you're on the fence about renting here, stop reading this now and do it. You will not be disappointed. The staff routinely went above and beyond to make sure I had anything I needed and made sure any questions I had were answered -- both while moving in AND moving out. They regularly called me to collect payment over the phone so that I did not miss deadlines or incur late fees, and were always extremely professional and courteous.

One issue i have is the continued increase in cost I feel bamboozled in the sense That i originally rented at a specific price And it seems they know I’m not in a hurry to retrieve my belongings So they increase it regularly And i feel powerless over that increase I live out of state And don’t currently have the means to relocate the stuff in my storage unit So i feel financially held hostage It would be great if they could offer deals and discounts to long termers Rather than penalize us Thank you for asking ♥️

Nice area friendly people able to go in when place is closed to get ur belonging
