Self Storage 1Reviews of selfstorage1.com

Self Storage 1 is fantastic. Super clean, extremely secure facility, easy to park. Easy to park, easy to bring items back and forth in your storage lockers. Super easy to move into smaller locker if/when you downsize your stash. I highly recommend Self Storage 1.

Clean, secure, temperature controlled. Easy to pull up and park for a short time. I stored furniture here for a few years. Movers wrapped all furniture in and plastic which helped protect against dust. There was a pretty significant increase in the monthly rate after my first year, but I think that’s typical for storage facilities. The rate was stable for the latter part of my stay. Office staff and those who take calls after hours were always helpful. Would recommend.

Clean, well lit facility. Reasonable prices for Chicago. Staff is knowledgable and eager to resolve any issues.

absolutely outstanding customer service!!! 5 stars is not enough!!

Shenice and Bianca are the best!! I have a couple units here, and have even had to move to a larger unit- and it was a breeze! They are all friendly, quick, and the storage facility itself is amazing! The units are clean, the prices are super fair, and I feel very secure there.

Pricing was good, offered insurance at a reasonable rate if you don't have your own, clean storage facility and very easy to get to, 24-hr access that seems pretty safe. Overall, a very good setup in the midst of Chicago.

This place is great. Way nicer than any of the other big box storage places around. Nice clean facility and excellent (and friendly) customer service.
