The prices were good. The service was excellent. There was a $100 coupon that wouldn't work with my order. Instead of waiting and contacting them, I just purchased the sauna. I had inquired about the $100 right before I made the purchase. They actually called back and credited my account for the $100. They told me I could call in a couple days to find out when the delivery would be. Everything was very well wrapped and the delivery was fairly prompt. Unfortunately, the top side panel was damaged during delivery. When I contacted them, they ordered a new one from the manufacturer and sent it on the way. Always polite and courteous. I purchased an Almost Heaven sauna. Much Better Built than I expected.

Everything was seamless and easy. Good communication through the process and very responsive. Took a little while to get here but the delivery company was very easy to deal with. Very happy

I've been dreaming of a backyard sauna for years and finally made it happen! Ordered an outdoor barrel sauna from Saunalife, and it showed up on our drive in less than a week. The wood smells amazing and the sauna heats up fast. Highly recommend!
