Hi Ilhan, We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we feel it is necessary to provide clarity on the situation. Your order was placed during the busiest time of the year, and the estimated ship date provided was December 26th. Today is December 30th, just a few days beyond the estimate. As a small business, we ship directly from our manufacturers and do not operate a warehouse. We're unfortunately not in control when it comes to delays like this, but we do understand that it's disappointing. We also strive to maintain communication on issues like this, but we were on a brief holiday break, which limited our response time. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to delivering the best service possible while balancing the realities of being a small, dedicated team. Alex

Hi RD, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand that it's frustrating to deal with a delivery left so far from your home. Unfortunately, the freight company manages the final placement, and while we do everything in our power to ensure a seamless delivery, there are occasional lapses beyond our control. It’s disheartening to us when situations like this occur, as they affect not only your experience but also our reputation. While we are very selective with the carriers we use, this matter pertains to the freight company’s delivery practices rather than the service we’ve provided, and the unfortunate truth is that their service can be subpar on very rare occasions. Hi Linda, Unfortunately, the last-mile delivery companies in your area who deliver your sauna are Maxxus's choice and the days that freight companies will work depend on the company and locale. It's indeed frustrating that TForce are not able to keep their promises on your delivery date, especially since it affects both your experience and our reputation. There's only so much we can do, but with that said, I've reached out to TForce to try to make sure they deliver on 8/6 this time. As we here at Select Saunas have provided everything we can in terms of dispatch and service, I do not believe it is fair to rate our service a 1-star – it does impact us quite a lot, and is especially frustrating due to TForce's mistakes. However, I do understand the frustration from your perspective, so I've reached out to discuss this with you and see if there's anything we can do to help additionally. Christoffer

Hey Sean, We are not shutting down shop, quite the opposite actually. The large amount of business initially caused these problems, and we are hiring and hiring to combat up-and-down response times. Just to be clear, I am aware of the issues we've had, but ultimately, my goal is to make sure you are happy at the end of the day. I apologize for the lack of response. I've reached out via email, please look out for that. I of course understand your view of this, however, I am not repeating poor excuses. I am explaining the situation – it's in your interest to know – apologizing, and working toward a solution. Every small business has issues, and although rare, mine is no exception.
