Mark was very helpful during the purchase process. Sauna was delivered very well packed and assembly was easy. One small issue with the LED lights but was quickly resolved by Mark. Replacement was sent and day. Only used the sauna a few times but works great.

I originally found Select Saunas because of their competitive prices. but their customer services were excellent and the shipping all went smoothly, which is critical when dealing with a precious product like a sauna stove. Shipping was quick and delivery was easy. The sauna took about an hour and half to build with 2 people (my husband and myself). It was easy to read instructions. They sauna takes less than 20 minutes to heat up and is very hot at the maximum temperature.
