Alex at Select Saunas is the perfect case study of the best of the best in customer service. We are so very happy with our Patterson and Huum Drop 9kW! Highly recommend you buy your sauna through Select Saunas! Alex deserves a steak dinner!

Hey Chris, thanks for posting such a lovely review. You're absolutely right he does, I’ll make sure Alex gets a proper steak dinner! Enjoy the Patterson with the Drop 9 kW, that thing can certainly cook a steak if you're feeling creative. Thanks again for the fantastic review. Christoffer & Alex

Great Vendor
Alex from select saunas is great and has been with me through the purchase and the subsequent hiccups that have arisen with some component problems on arrival. He also worked with me to make me feel comfortable I was not only getting a fair but an excellent price.

Working with Select Saunas was great
Working with Select Saunas was great. The sauna arrived two days earlier than estimated, and the kit went together well. We got a good price and some nice extras. We contacted the company a couple of times and always received a quick response with all the info needed. I would highly recommend the company.

Very easy process paying through Trumed from my HSA account. Took 12 days to arrive after ordering but it came across the country so no complaints. The sauna is awesome. It was crazy easy to put together but you do need a second person to hold while you connect the walls together. I love it and my only complaint is I didn’t get one sooner
