Sauna arrived when expected and assembly was easy.

After spending quite some time scouting different options for a barrel sauna, we kept coming back to the Almost Heaven Audra. We were the happiest with Select Sauna's service and price, so we ended up going with them. We are still in the honeymoon phase with our new Audra sauna, but we couldn't be happier. Having experienced a wide variety of saunas in Sweden and Finland last fall, we learned we wanted a sauna made from cedarwood and one with a large electric heater. We like the look of the barrel sauna and the porch is a plus. Despite the elitist hate, the barrel undoubtedly provides a nice enough sauna experience. Also, the cedarwood smells incredible. We hooked up the sauna about three weeks ago and have used it nearly every day since, and our kids (ages 7 and 9) are loving it just as much as we are! The delivery was ahead of schedule, and the sauna itself is flawless – solid construction, intuitive assembly, and so easy to use with the Spirit with WiFi. It’s honestly changed our lives, creating many much more enjoyable evenings. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice.

Emailing customer service was great. I had issues with the shipment from third party, but all parts looks good. As of right now it is still in garage waiting for better weather and son to show up to assemble it. Thanks
