This was an amazingly easy experience to get a good product and cover my "new to me" car. I had read good reviews of Select Auto Protect. David Richman had the right attitude and sense of humor to be clear about the product and how to explain it. We were able to reach an agreement, exchange documents and get a warranty to start towards the end of the one offered by the car dealership. If you are wondering if this is the product for you - my vote is YES! Happy to have 5 years and 60,000 added to the protection on my vehicle. And happy to join team Select Auto Protect.

Matt worked to get lower rates. I think you should offer greater discount for senior citizens and AAA members. But I was happy with extra year included.

Trying to choose a auto protection company is difficult for a 78 year old man trying to protect his wife if something were to happen to me. After comparing my options I chose Select Auto protect. It was fully explained to me how the program works by my rep Russel Walker. As a veteran I usually have to tell people I am a vet but Russel asked me and thanked me for my service as well as offering me a discount. I would highly recommend Russel and Select AutoProtect

Be aware that they offer a 30-day money back guarantee but you cannot have any repairs until you reach day 30 AND 1,000 miles. After making two payments I was denied a fuel module repair on my Audi. The repair totaled less than my two payments already made combined. They denied it stating that the module was not covered under the fuel system. The warranty lists vaguely that the fuel system is covered on their top tier Platinum warranty. When I requested my money back they only offered to provide one payment back. Completely unacceptable when a policy is costing well over $2k to begin with.
