Roger was very thorough in explaining all the details to me and made the process very simple and expedient.

I googled car warranty companies. Several companies popped up. The first one that I came across was Select Auto Protect. I read the reviews and what Select Auto Protect offers. Called the number listed and spoke with Roger Miller. He explained exactly what the company did and outlined the different warranties available. He broke them down so that I understood exactly what each covers. He was honest and up front about coverage and pricing. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his patience being that I had several questions. My plan was to call a few different companies and choose the one that I thought was best for me. He blew me away with his presentation that I decided that I needed to look no further and decided on the warranty that I thought was best for me. I don't know this gentleman at all but felt very comfortable with my decision after talking with him. I hope that I never have to use this warranty but if I do I feel like I made the right choice with his direction. He seems like he would be a great asset to any company and I will recommend him to anyone that I know who is in the market for a extended car warranty.

I purchased the warranty about a year and a half ago. paid $5000 for the warranty. Ther is a jerk in the transmission when changing from 2nd to 3rd gear. I took it to the dealer ship and they ran the diagnostics. The dealer told me that there is a problem inside of the transmission. When the dealer contacted Select Auto Protect, they told the dealership that they had to disassemble the transmission, then they would send out their inspector to inspect the transmission. And that Select Auto Protect would not pay for the disassembly. So, I would be responsible for paying $6000 for dissasembly and still wouldnot be guaranteed that they woud cover it. A total fraud company. Don't spend your money with them.
