I would not recommend Auto Select based on my warranty repair experience. My vehicle had a fuel pump issue that should have been covered under warranty, but Auto Select did not honor the repair and kept delaying the situation instead of giving me a clear resolution. I contacted them and asked for a written response, but they did not properly reply. This is very disappointing because customers should be able to trust that a warranty will be honored after purchase. Poor communication, repeated delays, and no clear accountability made this a very frustrating experience. I'm sharing this review so other buyers understand what can happen if they need warranty support after the sale. with care after review, customer service should reach out and give me a voucher and portion of my PLANTIUM PAID $2300 * The process took over 3 weeks to hear the DENIED. even the service advisor from repair shop have bad words too. Can do better as a company, we should get what we signed up or paid. why not one star? I still in hope the company still consider more customers. and care for the current one. PLEASE CARE !!! Purchasing, coverage, price is good, but the biggest disappointment is, company does not have customer portal to log in to view info and claim history. I am not even sure warranty card will be generated for ease of carrying.

I signed up for the warranty coverage with Nick Ross on 6/23/23. He was very nice and even sent an email saying he would help family and friends needing policies. He even wrote that he would help me with anything I might need - not necessarily to do with my policy. However, when my circumstances changed and I reached out by email asking to cancel I have not heard back one response. I wrote him twice and 3 rd time wrote to general email. I haven’t heard from anyone but my premiums keep getting taken from my account!!!

Everything was fine when the salesperson sold me the package, but when it was time to submit a claim, the car has been in the dealer lot for over a month. An inspector is still to be assigned and when you call the customer service it is an answering service that does nothing but take a message. No one has returned my calls or responded to my email with updates. Now I am trying to cancel and still can't get a response to do so I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. The hassle is not worth it!!
