The quality of the knives I purchased is absolutely incredible. The handles are designed extremely well and fit the hand very comfortably. The blades are durable and very sharp. Customer service is also very good. They are very expensive, but the quality is such they should last forever.

The forging patterns were printed on. No joke. These aren't even real. When I asked to return them, I got the 20% restocking fee and having to pay shipping. I never should have trusted the 100% satisfaction guarantee. That's what I get for trying a new company for good knives.

2 Silver Seido Seido Kitchen Shears ordered as GIFTS on line from Canadian Site Brampton Ont.. Shipped in paper padded bag. Bag damaged in several places by corners of boxes. Boxes damaged. Two emails to request return. Phone number in US only receives messages. Chat Line '2 minutes wait for agent' now 30 minutes. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RETURN WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION. This is surely a SCAM

Bought a shears which said Japanese steel but the box says made in China be very careful ordering from them. There's a 20% restocking fee plus you have to pay for shipping. They're a scam. You can't write reviews on their website

First time in dishwasher they rusted. Stack social will not accept a return or Offer refund. Super disappointed!
