Furniture is lovely.

LazySusy was the only place we could order this couch! We wanted a comfortable solution for overnight guests. The couch was not even available on the West Elm site. Delivery and assembly service was excellent.

Thank you for working with us so closely to get the right order in, lazy Suzy is amazing, best customer service!

Great product. I was not informed that the product had shipped, did not receive tracking info, and it arrived unexpectedly. But product itself was as advertised.

Fast delivery on a west elm cabinet. I highly recommend this service! Only slight improvement could be a more robust delivery tracking system. I didn’t know the cabinet was arriving until it came. Still, I highly recommend lazysuzy. Customer service is also very responsive.

I bought 4, dining room chairs from lazySuzy. The product arrived promptly and in excellent condition. lazySuzy sold the chairs at an excellent price.

I will definitely purchase from LazySuzy again!

We got exactly what we wanted in one week! The men who delivered the sofa were punctual and professional. I will recommend your site to my family and friends!
