I ordered a coffee table recently and received an order confirmation. Everything seemed fine until almost 2 weeks later they cancel my order. They didn't tell me this at all, I had to check on the status of my order with support to see what happened. They tell me my card didn't process, but I spoke with AMEX and they said it was no issue on their side. It must have been Seeded that canceled. When I ask them to reprocess the order, they tell me that now I'll have to pay more because the item is no longer on sale...So they are starting sales and letting you order, but then cancel your order and make you pay full price when you reorder. This must be illegal. I have all receipts and I'm submitting a complaint with the BBB. My friend's law firm takes cases like this and he said they will pursue when we establish a pattern. Please reach out to me if you've had a similar experience with them. UPDATE: I received an absolutely unhinged call from the CEO of Seeded after I submitted this review. They went into my personal order info to get my phone number. I really don't feel comfortable now that a crazy guy has all my personal info including address. Scary stuff and now I have to call the police.

Ordered an item from Crate and Barrel... it was cancelled soon after. The website stock doesn't sync with inventory, so be forewarned - you might get your items if you're lucky otherwise it's a huge disappointment.

The table is fine. However it took nearly a month after your quoted delivery date for it to actually be delivered. You really should consider a different shipping company.

I ordered my sofa two months ago, and was told 3-4 weeks for delivery. After reaching out again, was told a "couple of weeks" so I figured I'd wait a little longer. Its now going on 2 months and all I want is to know when I can expect my sofa. After calling World Market, where they order the sofa, World Market said they have no record of the sofa being ordered through any of my information. I reached back out to LAZYSUZY for the receipt number and a time frame and they instead refunded me WITHOUT my authorization. I did not want a refund...I WANT THE SOFA I BOUGHT TWO MONTHS AGO ! After also checking the BBB, and not finding this company, I'm convinced they are a scam and are trash.
