I had an enjoyable shopping experience and love my new table. It fits my needs and looks awesome in my space. I was looking only for one piece, but will definitely keep it in mind for future home needs. I liked how shopping kind of felt like Pinterest + AI. My star deduction was because the emails related to shipping and delivery were off in terms of timing. I wish I would have gotten an "out for delivery" email - living in an apartment, I needed to arrange help to get the box up to my unit, but I didn't get anything giving me a heads up. Then I got a "Delivered!" email the next week.

We ordered an item that ended up being back ordered and after some initial delay in communication and leaving a review here to try to attract prompt attention, we were able to get a refund and resolve any issue. The owner was very gracious with us and understood our concern. My only suggestion is to not use the AI bot support, it seems those inquiries aren’t monitored regularly.

I was super skeptical initially since the table I ordered was no longer available through the vendor and LazySuzy didn't originally have a expected delivery date. But Allie was wonderful about inquiring with the warehouses to get updates and relay it to me. I just received the table and it is exactly as stated and beautiful. I am very thrilled to have been able to obtain a sold out table through LazySuzy. It is definitely a legitimate business. Four stars instead of five since there was so much uncertainty about delivery dates and availability.

Only issue I had was there was no communciaton when product was getting ready and being shipped. I had forgotten about it

Timely delivery, updates on progress. Beautiful product. Good customer service. I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating but I can't because of the enormous amount of bubble wrap. (Especially w/ chair #2 which arrived first) Very environmentally unfriendly, and a burden to deal with. They are plastic chairs that fit in the box. Just a little protection around the edges should suffice.

Waited months and months for this furniture. Finally got the small ottoman, which I have not opened yet. I still have not received the large coffee table. They want you to review what they send you the minute it is delivered, but before the entire order is fulfilled.

Furniture is lovely.

Great product. I was not informed that the product had shipped, did not receive tracking info, and it arrived unexpectedly. But product itself was as advertised.
