The occupant lock I ordered arrived expeditiously! The directions that came with the lock for installation were very clear, precise and had a very convenient template included! It's operated very well and I'm very pleased with the results! Thank you the whole experience was excellent!

I will never do business with this…
I will never do business with this company again. I ordered a secure box for keys. When I realized it was too small for my needs. I tried to do a return on the phone, and they said it would be fine. Just email a reply with my order confirmation, and wait 24 hours. To be told they don't accept returns on electronic devices. If I could give no stars I would.

Sorry for the inconvenience. If we received your email later in the day, we most likely replied the next morning. Also that wouldn't make a difference if this item qualified for return. If it qualified, we would have been more than happy to receive it back but unfortunately we do not take returns on electronic devices.

Quick and good price
We needed a door handle that is less common. The shipping was quick, and even though the standard shipping price was a little spendy, it still came out cheaper than we could find anywhere else.
