When I wanted to return the item back I didn't get a good response so she sent me the video I had to pay 250 and $300 for the person is reset that door not to work and I called back copy after that by other issues with the door knob and a lot and then I get a respond back so for me I will probably never use y'all again

JUNE 5 I have not received the lock as of today. There has been no response from the company that it has been shipped.

Hello, we replied to your email on May 29 with the tracking number. You emailed us today (June 5th) and we resent tracking information which states that your package was delivered on Monday, June 1st. Please give us a call if you have any questions 877-202-8118. I ordered the lock on Dec. 21. I paid for 2 day shipping because I needed the lock as soon as possible. There was no indication that the item was backordered. Nothing. I called customer service. They seemed to be confused why it wasn't shipped it. They told me that they would call me back. No follow up. I did get my lock on Jan. 3. I paid extra for shipping faster, yet it took longer.

you charged my CC and you never shipped, I went to PayPal and got a refund. Your a typical hoser website, you have no stock, you wait for an order, then try to charge the buyer, use that money to go out and buy it somewhere else, this is illegal in many states? I'll never use you I will go out to hundreds I know in the Access control industry and tell them you guys are thieves,

Hello, I am really sorry for the inconvenience and that you needed your item with such urgency. The item you ordered had just arrived at the warehouse so it was taking longer than usual to ship. We had to cancel shipment after you charged back on Paypal so we gave you back your money.

Never again, Order Lock two weeks ago never even got an email for the receipt was very glad I took a screenshot or I would’ve been screwed. The lock was not even in stock. It’s still currently listed on your website for sale. After over two weeks of my Customer being very upset with no lock on her front door, I finally called yall to ask what the hell especially after paying extra for second day air. It took several phone calls to even find the damn order and then nobody got back to me again, so I had to call y’all back again and hunt y’all down again to find out that y’all won’t be shipping it to me. I’m on my own so I had to call y’all a third time to get the refund started God I hope that actually works.

I filled out all the information, about the position of the gate, the hinges and how it opened. The item was extremely expensive, plus the additional expense of shipping. At check out, I was given the option of using Amazon Credit. Amazon is free shipping, so I searched the site and could not find the exact fit as I had filled out on Securitylocksupply site, so I placed the order. After the order shipped and the payment processed, I received an email, stating the lock I ordered was not available and that I would have to disassemble it to reset the insides. The lock arrived in an open box with hardware missing and obviously used. No install instructions. I wrote Securitylocksupply an email, mentioning this and asking for specific installation instructions. I received a rude email back from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The product is nice and can be ordered direct from Amazon.
