I received what I needed. Which I am happy about, took a little longer than expected to receive.

I ordered a deadbolt Jan 18th 2022 2 days later on the 20th it was awaiting shipment today is the 24th it’s still awaiting for shipment I called and they told me it was still waiting to be received I am going to try this process again as I have to cancel my order do to a design Failure for the Deadbolt I was ordering the Abloy Protect 2.

Worked as it should. Ordered wrong at first I called an the lady I talked with was very nice help me get what I needed. Great service pretty fast shipping also. Very Happy

Did not receive the shipment which was ordered Dec 17 2021. Have sent notification to Security lock supply, and have not received any response or acknowledgement from them regarding email which was sent to them.

I placed an order on November 21, 2001. It is now Novemeber 30th and my order status is still in awaiting shipment status. You found the time to send me an email to review your company but can not find the time to send my order. I find this very disturbing. How long does it take to ship a lock? One of the reasons that I chose your company was that other reviews stated fast shipping. Until I receive my order I have nothing good to say about your company. Rashad
