We understand that you have purchased Phase 1 for a 10k account back in March, and you are unable to place any trades to start your trial. Please note that in order to begin trading, you must select the correct pairs which instructions are provided in our Knowledge Center (FAQ Page) where you must "show all" pairs and select the raw spread pairs that end in "i" such as EURUSD.i.
