Best customer service provided
I'm not sure how did comGateway had less than 5 star ratings, but i do want to share my experience with comGateway customer service. I bought maybe around 10 items from Amazon and used comGateway as my shipping provider. Never did i realised that the shipping address at comGateway had changed. I had contacted the customer service and this is the part of the response i received, "We would like to inform that comGateway made pre-arrangement with couriers to reroute packages addressed to our old facility to the new one". They had done an excellent job to provide after-service help to customers like us. I had some bad experienced with other shipping provider and they do not care about their customers. One of my friend had shipped over to Singapore but she inputted the wrong shipping address. All i had from their customer service was, i had to find the package myself and retrieve back myself. Coming back to comGateway, I had been with comGateway from maybe around 2011 and had used their services multiple times. They never fail to provide their service with excellence. Therefore, i will always use their service for the upcoming years.
