Do not use this company. I used them for the first time to ship clothes from the US to Mexico, and while everything seemed to be going well, once the shipment was out of the US and I had an estimated delivery date, everything went wrong. For whatever reason, the shipment was routed from the US to Singapore and then to Mexico, and was then delayed for TWO MONTHS - I contacted comGateWay customer service several times, and never ever received a satisfactory explanation or solution. Once my shipment was finally released from customs and on its way to me, the DHL Mexico courier handed me a bill for 141 USD (in Mexican pesos) and told me I had to pay handling, customs and custody charges for my clothes in order for them to be delivered, or they would be lost. I contacted comGateway a week ago about this, and they have been utterly unresponsive. WORST service - use anyone else.

I ordered about 50 dollars worth of goods- cosmetics.They charged me a ridiculous amount to ship them to me around 30 dollars and then later on got a call from FedEx stating I owed them £24 for customs fees. Seriously not worth it. Such a headache. Others companies like sephora charge half that for shipping costs; use them instead.

Rating this company a 1 star is even saying that they are worth rating! They are not worth anything at this point. I bought some products from colourpop cosmetics (5 liquid lipsticks) for $30 which is equivalent to about £20.72, then i go on comgateway so i can finally send the package over to my uk address. Not knowing that the package costs would cost over $25 which is about £17 to send it over. I had to pay this as i had already paid for the lipsticks...my money would have gone to waste. (THEY DON'T INFORM YOU OF THIS ON THE WEBSITE) so altogether i had payed £37 for lipsticks to be sent over..including the costs of the lipsticks. Then the package comes and to find out my products had been tampered with, my package was open and destroyed. nothing in place. already i was angered but the actual products were fine. In addition to this a week later i get a letter from Fedex saying i must pay duty and tax which came up to £19.85!!!! I got on the phone and they informed me that this must be paid or else it increases day by day after a week. LISTEN! these people are not worth it, i paid £56.85 for 5 lipsticks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have hidden costs and this is how they make their money. i regret buying from them and i am deleting my account immediately. There are many different places you can buy US products from but this website i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Received my US$100 vinyl record damaged by ink marks. Have sent them photos and requested for insurance claim, but they have pushed the responsibility to the seller instead. (Seller showed me photo of item in pristine condition before mailing and has 100% positive reviews on the selling site). In a nutshell: ITEM IS DAMAGED. ITEM IS INSURED (charged by Comgateway). But they won't let you claim it. Rip off. Sorry Comgateway. No longer trust you guys.

On the front, Comgateway looks good with decent shipping rates. I have shipped with them several times and there were no issues with them until i had some shipments from Amazon. Comgateway blocked the account and claimed that the packages have been returned to Amazon. I contacted Amazon a week later on the returned packages and to my surprise, they informed me the packages were indeed returned BUT Comgateway actually contacted Amazon and got them to refund the purchase costs to their account instead (in the form of GIFT CARDS). Despicable actions by the company.

I paid them for laptop my son from walmart (84$) this laptop in comgateway about 33 days,but after pay for delivery service they closed my account with reason my package has been compromised,then i call walmart,and walmart said this package never had problem with payment i have all proof if you need that comgateway is scammer

After making payment for a shipping order on a Sunday morning, I contacted Gateway Express (comgateway) requesting for my consignment to be shipped out from Portland office by the end of business on Monday. I naively thought things were settled when they accepted my request and subsequently issued a DHL Waybill number to me. I found out the hard way that the Waybill number meant nothing more than my shipment being tagged for indefinite waiting in a warehouse. 65 hours after payment, I only have an inactive DHL Waybill number to show for my money.
