I needed to return a package to an international seller because the shipping cost was too high for me. They graciously tried to repackage it to lower the shipping. Finally when I was able to get my seller to provide a return label, the customer service at comGateway was so helpful in filling out the return request and getting it all sorted for me. Fantastic service! The warehouse team did an incredible job repacking my skis. They precisely cut down the box to minimize the size and save on shipping costs, while still adding perfect bubble wrap reinforcement to protect the equipment. Exceeded my expectations, 5 stars!
