I was very happy with the overall experience except for that when my package arrived which had been consolidated from three packages, there were two quite heavy packing fillers which I believe may have been water filled. Defiantly a liquid of some sort. I would have preferred them to have been substituted for air filled as this would have reduced my shipping weight by around 1.5kg.

I've been using your services for more than 5 years now and you guys never disappoint. I always recommend you guys to anyone in need of these sort of services

We have been using comGateway for almost two years, doing over twenty shipments in that period, to Australia. I have found them to be excellent value for money when compared to other methods, always contactable, either by email, with quick response, or real time on line, within their hours. Friendly,and helpful with answers when you need answers. Packages are always well packed and they advise you when they have started their journey with either Fedex or DHL,Very impressed with comGate and they only keep getting better

I think they respond fast on the live chat. But many decisions they still cant make. Overall experience is 4 star

It saves on shipping and consolidation but 2 of 4 of my package got dented before sadly . Hopefully it's a one time thing

I bought 4 pairs of shoes in narrow fittings as these are not available in the UK. I was happy with the service which was very good and they answered queries quickly and efficiently. No problems. The only issue is that there were some unexpected costs which meant I would use it less in future. Eg. the duty and VAT were higher than expected and I had to pay my bank some foreign transaction costs. Eg. I bought 4 pairs of shoes (2 in UK size 13 and 2 in UK size 7). The shoes cost $293.04, the shopping service was $29.30, shipping $107.18, foreign transaction fee £8.25, VAT, duty and Fedex advancement fee £74.84. I hadn't realised how much VAT, duty and advancement fee I would be paying (in an invoice received two weeks after the package arrived) so I would buy less in future.
