comGateway has been the best service you can get. I have been a client and used their service for over 10 years and not once have let me down or disappointed me with the cost and attention to detail. We just love it and my whole family use it.

Excellent, trusted service! I get comGateway to do my shopping for me from stores that require US billing addresses (e.g, bobbibrown.com) and for other merchants, I always, always get them to ship my goodies to my comGateway-designated US Address in Portland. The company has a fabulous new service called OneBox that repacks all my individual packages from various retailers into literally, one box! (Just make sure you don't exceed your country's allowable import tax.) This has saved me so much in volumetric weight and international shipping costs! Service is always very fast and professional. I have been a loyal customer for many years now and I won't think of using any other service!

I have been using Comgateway for over 5 years, and they have never failed me. I ordered my son's cot from US to Australia and it arrived in perfect condition. It cost about as much as the cot, but I expected that, it was a huge parcel. I have also had valuables sent with Comgateway with no issues whatsoever, I have used Comgateway even when the seller would post to Australia via USPS, as USPS and Australia Post cannot be trusted with anything valuable, in my experience. Yes it cost more but I knew without a doubt that I would receive my order. A lot of the negative reviews here appear to be complaining about the high shipping cost, most don't seem to understand that it isn't just about the weight of a parcel, but the volume also, which often includes bubble wrap and airbags inside a half empty box, which the seller, not Comgateway, put there to protect the item. There is a shipping calculator which you should ALWAYS use before buying anything you're intending on sending to Comgateway, that will show you the surcharges and insurance. It is almost always accurate, unless the seller has sent your item in excessive packaging or you're buying a dangerous/flammable item like a battery. Do your homework before you purchase and you'll have no surprises.

I've been using Comgateway for more than 3 years now, with practically 100% perfect service at a great saving in postage. I've always found them responsive to any query and easy to deal with. One Box seems to offer small savings, especially if the packages would otherwise been shipped using volumetric weight. My only negative comment would be they seem to not process orders over the weekends and public holidays adding to delivery times, otherwise great.
