It's pretty simple. I trust comgateway to deliver: On Time and In Full. Which they do. If they did not, I would go elsewhere. An OTIF service is what I pay for and expect. No less. However with Comgateway I also get service innovation: "Buy for You" and an excellent follow up service on any inquiries. Very happy to recommend them to others and have done so many times.

Hi, I must say that these are the officers like Nicole, Liz and Genevie which make me feel comfortable to settle some of issues that I have. Nicole is always there and helpful. I think it’s alway be wonderful if some of the customer service officer can identified themselves rather than not. Easier for customer like me to communicate and address by names. Cheers
