Website is easy to use, and everything is on point. Delivery is amazingly fast and customer service is very responsive. It may be a bit more expensive than other options, but considering the above, the extra few dollars are totally worth it. One thing I would suggest is for Live Estimate to remember past items. I can ship a product once and the next time it says the same product has to be checked for Hazmat packing. But, customer service has been amazing to help so it’s just a small issue.

I choose ComGateway to ship goods to my country Malaysia. Its my first experience on using a "US Address". I didnt read any reviews online or anything and seriously reading all your comments seems alarming but I didnt have any issues whatsoever with them. Customer service is great! Honestly awesome! All the infos I want is there where I want em. I just recieves my parcel safely arrived. Ill continue using them on my next shipment

My experience with comgateway so far has been very pleasant. So far I have had smooth usage of their services, be it sending my purchases to my address at comgateway, or using the BuyForMe service instead when there's too many things I would like to get at a time. The support is very friendly, and very prompt in helping me with my inquiries . Recently I was confused by the new UI update, and as embarrassing as it was, I was compelled to ask the customer service for steps to ship my items. Their reply was very friendly, straightforward, and they had good sense to prepare a screenshot with the information I needed just in case I did not do well with text instructions. With that being said, I like how comgateway never fails me and I hope they continue to impress me with the service standard.
