John
I’ve used them a few times. I’ve shipped electronics, posters etc, through them and the shipping price was only $40 for all of them to New Zealand which I was quite happy with. I then bought 2 manga books but the shipping price was 90$ which I wasn’t very pleased about. However, they’ve never lost my packages and their “buy for me” service is great.
Chrigg
Everything was all right, except I was supposed to have a coupon for my first expedition, but I haven't managed to use it.
Response from comGatewayOct 27, 2020
Hi Chrigg - great to learn that everything went okay. We'll have our team look into it and just apply the promo manually. Cheers!

James T.
Process of ordering is smooth. Information was updated quite prompt. Only issue was the shipping fee was charged without actual measurements. Was charged doubled and due to that, the overall cost exceed the custom amount. Which I have to pay GST/VAT.
Response from comGatewayJul 10, 2020
Hi James - thank you for the feedback. Do share the shipment reference and we'll be happy to check further. Also please be advised that when the CIF value of your shipment exceeds SGD400, a notification is placed beside the ship button to inform you that GST will be payable.
Nicolay
Great. A little bit pricey but great service.
Response from comGatewayMay 11, 2020
Thanks for the feedback Nicolay! comGateway remains to be one of the cheapest forwarders of goods from the United States to Belgium. Enjoy your purchases!
Anthony Y.
Great Service overall, 1 star short due to package ripped open.
Response from comGatewayApr 4, 2020
Sorry for that hiccup Anthony. It is possible that your package was opened during customs clearance. Rest assured that we always ensure packages are securely packed prior to international delivery. We'll forward your feedback to our shipping team and courier partners. Enjoy your purchases!
Mark
It would be a 5 stars if the package handler can be a little more gentle with our package when doing content checking. Some people, like myself bought the item for collection, which means we will try to keep the packaging in good condition.
Response from comGatewayFeb 10, 2020
Thank you for writing Mark. Although we make every effort to ensure that packages are secure for international delivery, there are rare instances where packages get damaged despite our best efforts. We'll definitely take note of your feedback and relay them to our team. Cheers!
Rachel K.
Package arrived, although a few days delayed because of customs clearance.
Response from comGatewayJan 13, 2020
Hi Rachel - thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the delay. Are you referring to an international shipment or a package that has arrived at your US address? Your last delivered shipment arrived within 3 days, whereas your latest package was received on 9 Jan 3:30pm Portland time. It was then consequently assigned to your account after 4 hours. Our Support team will contact you to check with you further.
