Cordiali saluti, Secrid

Hello, Thank you so much for sharing this. It’s wonderful to hear that your first Secrid served you so well for years, and that its replacement has been just as reliable. We design our wallets for a long lifespan, so hearing that the mechanism, buckle and overall quality have stood the test of time means a lot to us. We really appreciate your loyalty and hope your Secrid stays with you for many more years to come! Kind regards, Secrid

Dear Georgi, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re happy to hear your cards have made quite the upgrade from a rubber band to a Miniwallet Matte Black. It’s great that you discovered Secrid at your local store and that our mission resonates with you too. We hope your Miniwallet will be by your side for many years to come! Kind regards, Secrid

Hi Patricio, Thank you so much for your kind words! We love hearing that the combination of soft leather and smooth aluminium stood out to you, as bringing these materials together with care is an important part of our design. We hope you’ll enjoy your Secrid for many years to come. Kind regards, Secrid

Hi Chong, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the Bandwallet has started coming apart in less than a month, especially around the band and the part holding your cash. That is not the durability we aim for, and we completely understand why this feels disappointing given what you paid. Please get in touch with our customer service team so we can take a closer look at your wallet and help find a suitable solution. We design our products with a long lifespan and repairability in mind, so we’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Kind regards, Secrid
