Well! Where does one start! Let’s go with customer service - it’s non existent. The entire Secret Veener LTD correspondence is left to one person who has no ability to articularte herself and has no professionalism whatsoever. They state they reply within 24-48 hours - this is not the case. Now let’s move on to social media - It would be fair to say that social media is where the majority of their advertising is done. They rely heavily on customer feedback to sell their product which dupes a lot of people into purchasing their product - I mean, it totally duped me. This is because I have recently found out that even though they’re at a snails pace to reply to enquiries about existing orders, they’re like Usian Bolt at deleting any sort of negative feedback! Super quick!! Instead of acknowledging they have not abided by their USP and promise of the service they offer, apologise and try to rectify issues - the ‘Staff’ (I say that lightly after doing a significant amount of research on Secret Veeners LTD via Companies House and public records), turn into playground girls who attack then block you. As it’s been over the 14 days and I am yet to receive my product, I will be arguing the payment with my credit card company and ripping them apart if they try to argue. I received a lot of DMs from angry customers who saw my exchange with them before they deleted and blocked l. I am actually quite disturbed by the company and the way they reflect themselves. Spend your money on a reputable company. Don’t be duped. Don’t be taken advantage of.

I am not eligible for real veneers and dental treatment would cost thousands and take years. Secret veneers have literally helped in so many ways and am now able to smile confidently. They look great! I would advise colour A1.

Fantastic service always happy to help responded to my messages very quickly and i absolutely love them they have given me a huge confidence boost so I would highly recommend them.

Absolute sham of a company. Sent first impressions in wrong colour. Then sent out a further 2 sets but didn't fit. All sets were ill fitting. I had to chase up extra kits and it sometimes took weeks for them to respond. Once they have your money they don't care. It took 7 weeks for a replacement set after original complaint! Then a further 4 weeks for the next set after that, this issue is still ongoing after purchasing in June!! They tend to lie and tell you your order has been dispatched to then a week later chase it up to be told it wouldn't be ready until next week!! I requested a refund but they won't permit it, even though the veneers can't be made to fit my teeth, this isn't my problem!! Citizens advice and trading standards are involved. Don't believe the reviews, this is not a customer focused company its all about £££££££

Their veneers are amazing! They fit perfect and are high quality, I've had mine for a year now and they still look brand new. They're also very affordable and this company has the best customer service, they are all so friendly and helpful :)
