I'm going to keep this review going as these reviews don't seem entirely real to me. (I work in IT so I know a thing or two about this) Anyway... So far so good I ordered the impressions, they came and the staff where ever so polite and helpful with guiding me through the process. I'm still a little wary because of the bad reviews on here. Ill keep this updated as much as possible and adjust the rating accordingly... Last week I asked them for an update to see if they received my impressions as I didn't get an email as I thought I would. - They replied in minutes and told me my Veneers will be leaving the shops on the 22nd of feb I've heard alot of people are not getting told that their impressions have failed until the veneers either don't show up in time or they call them... So I'm going to message them and check this.- Turns out everything is Okay so far, will update if/when I receive them It's probably worth mentioning at this point that a lot of the bad reviews on here seem inaccurate at least the parts about bad customer service. ***UPDATE 13/02/2019**** So I just received some bad news off of them... Apparently during the last part of the creation process my veneers failed due to too much crowding of my teeth. The lady was very sympathetic in the email and genuinely seemed disappointed that in my case their veneers just wont work. They have offered me a complete refund to which I am happy with and appreciate the fact that they let me know as soon as possible. Although I'm extremely disappointed that I cant get Veneers I don't think this is the fault of the company and they still have been brilliant to deal with. I'm going to drop the star rating temporarily (for my own assurance of the refund as people are saying they haven't received there's.) But as soon as that money has returned I will put it back up to 5 stars. Just to summarise up to now I cant fault this company or the way they interact with their clients.

Got mine two years ago perfect shape colour no one has even noticed there not real veneers alwaya compliments on my teeth just started wearing down so going purchase a second set would recommend 100 percent

Secret veneers are incredible. I have nothing negative to say, they give you a instant boost in confidence. They look and feel so Natrual. I’ve been wearing my secret veneers for around 18 months now and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve always been insecure about my teeth as they’re slightly wonky and I’ve ruined the enamel which makes them difficult to whiten! These cover all that up and I get nothing but compliments on my teeth EVERY DAY!!! I only wish these existed earlier to be honest, I can’t afford to fork out thousands for porcelain veneers but these look exactly the same for a fraction of the price. If you’re worried about buying don’t be! I was terrified as when I bought them there weren’t many reviews about! Message someone who’s already bought them!

Amazing service and amazing product I use my veneers all the time and have brought a new set even though the ones I’ve had for over a year are in fabulous condition still. Top service well done Secret Venners :)

I ordered these due to seeing all these amazing pictures on Instagram. When delivered they looked TERRIBLE looked like I was wearing my nans dentures, the teeth were all the same length and looked completely unnatural and did not actually fit. Although I wanted my money back due to the fact I will NEVER be seen out the house in these the company said due to policy they are unable to refund. Theyre completely unhelpful and the product looks nothing like the online pictures.
