I ordered secret veneers because I will be getting married in the fall and wanted my smile to look better for photos. I have a gap in the front of my teeth and my teeth are a little spaced out since I never had braces. From the moment I ordered my veneers I had great customer service. The first day of wearing them it was weird.. my speech was a little off (had a lisp) since I ordered BL1 they were really white compared to what I was used to looking at, it felt weird to eat with them and I just wasn’t used to my smile looking the way it did. I’ve now had them for 2 months and wear them every day. The lisp went away after 3 days, they’ve adjusted to my real teeth, I can eat with them, I get lots of compliments about how white and pretty they look, and I am no longer self conscious about my smile. I would 100 percent recommend secret veneers if you’re looking to improve your smile. I am not paid person just someone who made a purchase from this company. This is a real review and I hope it helps you! :)

So much like other people I opened with excitement my hopefully beautiful new smile... and that’s where it ended! I started my process in December, for top and bottom teeth & lip plumper My lip plumper never arrived and still hasn’t (thank you PayPal for resolving that issue) And today my bugs bunny teeth came ! I have a small mouth, they can tell that by my impressions I used a child’s mould, the teeth I’ve got bugs would be proud of ! You can see gaps all round them and most of them do reach my gums. Now I can’t message them, you guessed it they have blocked me because I asked for my lip plumper that I’d paid for and they never sent !!! So now it looks like another PayPal claim will have to be made, unless someone telephones me to resolve the appalling customer experience I’ve had so far. My advice make sure you use PayPal for protection. Will update if I get a response

Cannot fault Secret veneers. Good communication, great product and have always received mine within the 14 days. Make such a difference. Thanks Secret Veneers.

I ordered a set of veneers nearly a month ago and received the impression kit very quickly. I took the impressions and wasn’t sure if they were acceptable so emailed the company a picture, to which they replied very promptly saying these were good to send. After a week I received another impression kit from the company saying something had gone wrong with the setting of the impressions and I would have to retake them. A bit inconvenient having already gone through the process and also having to pay a second lot of postage but I retook two more sets of impressions just to make sure they would have one to use. The following week later the same happened again!!! Could I please retake the impressions as a problem occurred during setting. No other explanation had been given. By this point I was fed up redoing impressions and paying to send into the company so I emailed for a refund. Given how quickly the correspondence had been I presumed they would be forthcoming. Unfortunately I have had no response at all as to what kept going wrong with the impression or a refund!!!! I will update this review once I have heard back from the company . *update* Yes Amy your colleague has been in touch after I had posted this review!!!but will not discuss the refund I have requested. I have now sent in three lots of impressions which can’t be used and feel that the service is therefore it for me. Is it a scam that all these impressions fail and you refuse to discuss the option of a refund at this stage before any more work is carried out? Update 1/4/19 Just to update my review I have had no more correspondence from the company. They will not answer any of my emails and have not given a refund. I am now taking the matter further with Trades and standards. I would hate for anyone else to end up in the same position as it’s such a lot of money to lose.

I ordered vaneers in January, still have not got them. I asked for my money back about 3 weeks ago. No replies. This company is a joke. You cant even review them on their website and they don't have a telephone number, weird isn't it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Great company, and genius idea. Would be good if they had a customer contact number so if any issues you could contact them to discuss. Non the less brilliant company and changed my life. Loyal customer for over 3 years.

I have the veneers for 3 year's now and I am absolutely thrilled with them they have.changed my life and boosted my confidence so much. Customer Service is amazing in this company they respond to all your questions or queries immediately . I find my veneers fit really comfortable in my mouth and people are always asking how my teeth are so white .I just love them thank you secret veneers🖒💕
