Absolutely fantastic absolutely love my new teeth. After years of not smiling and showing my teeth I am so confident smiling and talking to people now. Highly recommend. Was unsure when I first heard of Secret Veneers but did plenty research and bit the bullet and honestly it's been the best thing I ever did. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Love them.

This company are a bunch of Fraud's. After extensively looking on their web page, "customer" pictures and before and after I was assured they could make me a set- they have "transformations" on their website with teeth way worse then mine- so what did I have to loose. So after 3.5 weeks I finally get an email back saying my teeth "were too bad to cover"- baring in mind this company knows they are dealing with people's insecurities they decide that statement is fine to be sent out to customers. WOW! RUDE, NASTY AND A WHOLE WASTE OF TIME. So even if your teeth are at all crooked do not bother wasting your time, you will only receive this product if you already have a perfect set of teeth, but want them brightening up. I have also spoke to others who have had a similar experience. So really the pictures of transformations on their site are not real and they are now selling a product that they cannot or do not make. Whilst in the meantime they are happy to keep your money and other customers money in their bank totting up interest- so they make money for nothing. They do not even send you proof they have even attempted the venner- I am currently awaiting a refund, which no doubt I will have to chase. Maybe use some of the money you make off interest to look at improving your customer service!

All i can say about these veneers are nothing but good things! Theyve done nothing but bring my confidence back and change my appearance dramatically put aside any other reviews you have read i have had a good experiance with this company and good things come to those who wait! So patients is key i ordered mine just after my birthday late november and recieved them first week off jan so around 5 weeks because at the time of christmas it was high demand which i wasnt bothered about i just knew i wanted them so i would wait . They are so gorgeous i cant stop smiling 😃 i would reccomend this company to anyone without a doubt BEST VANEERS EVER 😍!

I have had my secret veneers for 2 years now. I wear them all day everyday and eat with them in in public. And I LOVE them!! They took a little getting used to and I did have a lisp to begin with but it does subside. Be aware that if you do choose to eat with them in you shouldn’t eat anything hard! I broke off half a tooths worth at the back of my bottom set eating a bag of salted caramel M&Ms (lol) Chewing gum is also a no no. It did take me a few tries to get the impressions right (4 times if I remember correctly). If you dont get it right the first or second time it may be that you need the bigger tray. My front teeth slant out a little (previous thumb-sucker) so kept hitting the front of the small tray. If you know that the impression isnt great, don’t waste time sending it in - just tell them you need more putty and they will send it out. The confidence that these have given me is incredible. I couldn’t go a day without them now! I recommend these to everyone that asks how I got my teeth to be so white! Thank you Secret Veneers - I owe you one :D

Have used secret veneers for a few years now good quality last well considering I use them every day and eat in them very happy with the service price and communication highly recommended and I have done with friends also being happy with them 😊

Fed up wth ths company!!!! Sent me veneers out tht wer huge!!! Sent them bk for them.to send another impressiin kit i sent it away last wk for them to send me ANOTHER KIT YSTY!!!! Absoloute waste of time they are!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I started by viewing a add on Facebook. All the people seemed very pleased with the product and I followed this site to look at the honest reviews. And I decided to take the jump and buy a set. My mould for my teeth came in about 8 days. And had no issue buying them off the site. I returned my set exspress from Australia with tracking . As I seen some reviews that they either got stuck in customs and took longer to receive or they got lost in the mail and had to pay to send another set back. The package I sent cost about 50 AUD via exspress tracking post. I got a email 9 days later saying that they had got the mould of my teeth and the impression looked good and it would take up to 21 days. A couple weeks in I got a email that said unfortunately because my teeth were to proclined (the two frount teeth come on a funny angle over lapping the other tooth). They were unable to give me a product .how ever they said as they could not give a product that I would get a refund between 5 to 10 working days. I thought oh no . I'm going to hafe to chase them up for money but I'll give them up to 14 working days before I was going to stress out. Anyways approx three days after the email. I got a alert from my bank that I had been paid. I checked and sure enough I was refunded the money. I have had no issue with contacting them through email. But super happy they were honest . I knew my two frount teeth on the angle need to be shaved down . I just thought maybe they could make them still. I'm also glad I was refunded. And never had to ask for a refund.
