So in love with my veneers they are amazing such good quality at such affordable prices could not recommend them enough staff were so helpful and made it as easy as possible to get my veneers made and sent to me within 2 weeks advise anyone who is insecure about there teeth to give them a go it’s lide changing!!

Terrible customer service. My set well didn’t fit took ages for them to acknowledge it. Finally said send them back we will remake. Still waiting months later no replies to my emails and social media messages. I fell for the reviews but they only get good reviews because they bride people ‘give us a good review and we will send you another set for free’ annoyed because I was hoping this product would change my life. Now in the hands of my bank. Don’t be fooled save your money I feel totally scammed

SERIOUSLY TAKE ON BOARD THESE BAD REVIEWS YOU READ !! First set didn’t fit Second pair didn’t fit , bad customer service with communication as emails was ignored . Third time sent off impressions Again (all being special delivery which costs!) didn’t hear anything so emailed , no reply , messaged them on fb to be told after waiting over a month of sending impressions back that there was ready to be sent out the following week . Waited an a month later was sent another impression kit !!! NO VENEERS! After asking for my money back they said No And being told I have to send impressions is the only way they can help ! I purchased these to help with my own mental health issues and boost my self confidence... but turns into a Big nightmare!! SURELY EASIER JUST TO REFUND ! DENY THEY GIVE REFUNDS - sent prof of a someone I know who got one due to bad customer service and taking so long ! But still just ignore my my evidence . So only left with the option to warn others !

Save your money and don't get scammed!!! I paid for the top and bottom veneer combo. When I first received my impression kit I thought my impressions were perfect. I sent a picture of my impressions to their Instagram and got no response, so I decided to just send them in. I paid $50 to send them off and then have them tell me 3 weeks later my impressions weren't good. They sent me another impression kit but the second time I received It, it wasn't the right size. So, when I tried to take my impressions they turned out wrong. I contacted them and after 2 and a half weeks later they finally responded and told me they would send me the right size. When I received my 3rd impression kit they didn't send me any putty for the trays. The whole entire time I was communicating with them what problems I kept having they would take days to respond. I commented on their Instagram posts and they would delete my comments.(They weren't rude comments either, I was just asking for help). Overall I called my bank and reported it as a scam and received my money back from my bank. Since secret veneers doesn't give refunds. The reviews on their page are half fake and the only customers they attend to are the influencers and celebs. Don't buy it you'll Regret it. I'd hate to see others get scammed.

I’ve wanted to wait to post a true review by holding out and wearing my arches daily and seeing how they hold up. My arches are LIFE CHANGING! I wear them everyday, my confidence is through the roof and I get compliments regularly! The A1 color is very bright, but it’s beautiful and once you get use to the feeling of them in your mouth, they become second nature and you don’t even realize that they are in, excellent product!

Couldn’t recommend this company more! These veneers gave me the best confidence boost ever. The quality of the product is amazing!
