They’ll probably say ‘you’ve never ordered with us’ like they’ve done with previous negative reviews, but I have, with all emails and transaction proof :) I ordered some secret veneers a few years ago. They looked ridiculous, didn’t follow my requests, it was an embarrassment to wear them. They looked cheap and tacky. I asked for my money back - and do you know what they did? Kept deleting my comments on Facebook and blocked me on Instagram. Professional. I contacted them again on Facebook on 22nd March 2019. They remade my veneers, which took ages to get to me with no update. They looked the same but I always said I just wanted my money back. I asked for my money back repeatedly (last message from me asking for my money back was April 28th 2019) and they ignored me. So in summary, don’t buy unless you want to be out of pocket. I’m still waiting on my over £200 back, secret veneers. Fancy not ignoring me this time and giving me my money back? Terrible customer service. Imagine a dissatisfied customer that a company blocks to avoid giving money back to. Every professional and genuine company would actually apologise, and have a customer satisfaction policy. You can’t just steal money from people. Do. Not. Buy.

Had a rocky start when my moulds got lost and was only discovered when I messaged to find out when to expect them, they admitted the moulds were lost and that they would send a replacement set straight away. I received the mould kit next day on a friday, I had my beautiful veneers by the following Wednesday. I absolutely love them and I'm very grateful for all the help rectifying the situation.

So my teeth had holes and gaps in and my front tooth was going black I'm terrified of the dentist so I seen Secret veneers on fb and was debating for months I was really nervous about spending the money just in case they where crap but I took the risk and I'm so happy,mine arrived today, I've spent the day trying out my new smile in pics as I've been pouting for months so you couldn't see my teeth in pics, impressions came with clear instructions and my new teeth arrived within two week

Now these are beautiful and definitely a great idea for people who are insecure about they’re smile. I just love mine !!! My smile really pops. I got them less then a month fast shipping, I can eat and drink , they are so awesome ,
