Brill service changed my life highly recommended

I am very disappointed in the results and mainly the customer service of this product. I bought two sets for myself and my spouse. Once the molding kit finally came in we did our part and sent in both sets, properly marked for each person, in the same mail, so they were mailed on the same day. After about a month and a half we finally get one set in and then about another month and a half we get the second set even though we sent in everything on the same day. I reached out to customer service several times in between, in which each time they took about a week or so to respond with a vague response and no real resolve. Also once the second set came in, it was the wrong brightness in which I paid for. I sent another message/email and have yet to hear anything from them. There is no number to call in order to get in touch with anyone for some kind of resolve. I am sure that most or all of these 5 star ratings are from friends of the company or bots. I don't like to write bad reviews but this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a company/product. This is very unprofessional for a company who charges what they are charging up front for a product. If there was someone to talk to or respond to emails in a somewhat respectable timing, then this bad review could have been avoided. I will never purchase from this company again and I will make sure that none of my friends or family does as well.

Changed my life! Ordered top and bottom 0.2mm shade A1 and oh wow just amazing don’t even look fake so easy to put in and out and for the price I feel like your getting such a deal. I love them thank you!!

I ordered my veneers in February after spending a month trying to decide if it was worth the risk. I'm sceptical as it is when online shopping and with it not exactly being cheap, I was cautious. My package with the putty to create the moulds arrived within a few days. After watching a couple of videos and following the instructions I found this process a lot easier than I thought I would. You have to pay for the shipping back, but with it only being a couple of pounds, I was more than happy to front the cost knowing they would arrive at the lab safely. It took around 2-3 weeks for my veneers to arrive. When I first tried them on, I honestly didn't know what to think. They are bigger than my natural teeth, and a LOT whiter (I went for A1 Natural White). I spoke with a lisp at first, but this disappeared after a few hours of getting used to the feel of the veneers over your teeth. After a couple of days, the veneers settle in nicely, and you can barely tell they are there! (if anything, my mouth feels strangely empty without them!) My concern about the teeth looking 'big' was just because I wasn't used to them, they actually suit my face a lot more than my natural ones did! I certainly got used to the look of them after a couple of days! I couldn't stop smiling...and I have received SO MANY compliments from people thinking I have naturally nice teeth!

Just received my "new smile": what can I say? - outstanding! I have ordered 0.2 mm super-thin veneers for both lower and upper teeth in A1 color. I was a little bit nervous thinking that teeth will be too bulky and artificial, but... the shade and profile are both looking amazing! These veneers are giving your teeth a natural appearance with no "too straight and too leveled" lines, hiding, at the same time, all the imperfections and gaps of your natural teeth, including missing teeth, like in my case... Because veneers are very thin, the color and definition are pretty close to a desired "perfect look without being standing out". No unpleasant sensation, no feeling of a foreign object in my mouth and... NO LISP after just couple of hours of wearing veneers. Please note, that the fit and appearance of the veneers are completely dependent on how good your imprints are: do it right, and you won't have any issues...

I was self conscious about my smile after I got sick. I would hardly ever smile and if I did I wouldn’t show my teeth as they where so damaged from a number of medical reasons. These have literally changed my life overnight. I will admit I was sceptical at first and didn’t think they would come close to looking natural but they proved me wrong and I am getting compliments from heaps of people. Being able to finally smile and not be worried about what others think is like a weight lifted off my shoulders and now I can’t stop smiling! The only thing I will say is that unless you want a Hollywood smile don’t order the brightest shade. It’s super white! I’m ordering another pair in another colour to compare so will update you when they arrive as well. If you don’t have $10k to get a small amount of dental work and veneers done than this is the next best thing. They’re exactly the same except you don’t have to go into debt to have them! 😂 Buy them! You won’t regret it, trust me!

I have been a customer with secret veneers for nearly 6 years now! Not only do they supply you with an absolutely fantastic product they also have an amazing team that are always there to help. My journey started with the thicker material (which still isn’t exactly what you would call thick) I have now gone down to their Thinner ones and once again they have absolutely amazed me. On one occasion there was an issue with my top arch but as soon as I emailed about this they reassured me and fix the problem immediately and sent me my new set. I am shocked and sad that I have seen some very negative reviews on here because I have nothing but love and praise for these guys they absolutely changed everything for me and I will be forever grateful

I bought clip on veneers from this company and was the biggest waste of money. Currently in dispute about a refund, waiting to hear back but I’ve had no luck so far
