Hello Johnathan. We certainly understand your frustrations with the lead time. Still, during these unprecedented times - we can assure you that we are working hard to get orders produced and shipped out. After our 4-week shut down, we were forced to move our lead time from 4-6 weeks to 6-8 weeks just to be safe. Our sincerest apologies for this. As far as the representation in the Midwest, I will turn your suggestion over to our supervisor in charge of dealer inquiries. Perhaps this will be brought to fruition in the future? Hi Gregg. We apologize for the time it took for you to receive your sample kit. We have been experiencing some delay with processing orders due to Covid-19. Instead of the normal 3 business days it usually takes for us to process orders, it has been taking us 5 business days. We are hoping things will get back to normal soon.
