Very slow shipping. After waiting 2 weeks, I received an incorrect order, 3 items correct, 3 items incorrect. Went through warranty process with photos and sales confirmation. I will return the incorrect items but now have to wait another 2 weeks for the ones I ordered. They need to use packing lists.

I was told by a friend that this is the brand to go with for padded decking. I wouldn't know though. I placed my order about three weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed customer service to see what was going on. They did get back to me within a day to let me know they had reached out to the retail sales team and would get back to me when they had an update. No word yet. I guess I won't hear back if they don't get an update? Web site now says orders may be delayed because of a high volume of sales. This seems excessive though. I only ordered three blank sheets of material. There are a lot of reviews sharing similar difficulties. Update. Received an email saying there was no known fulfillment date. I canceled my order online and received a full refund about a week later. Two stars for timely responses.

I have had SeaDek on 4 different boats (up to 38') over the last 15 years. It has been a great product with great service up until recently. I had a 17' Sterling done last year and on my last fishing trip I lost a large floor section and poling platform piece going down the highway. I recovered the floor piece, but could not locate the platform piece, however the floor piece will no longer adhere to the floor. I put in a claim with SeaDek (3 year warranty) and they denied it. This used to be a wonderful privately owned company with great product and service. After changing hands a few time, I guess it is now just another profit driven corporation. Disappointing....used to be such a great company.

SeaDek was an expensive OE upgrade on our 2022 Regal 36XO. It has several spots that are simply delaminating and bubbling in the center and a few corners that are rolling up. It is becoming a safety trip hazard. SeaDek does not warrant OE installations and tells me they made an adhesive change in 2023 but neither SeaDek or Regal will step up to correct this mess. It will cost several thousand dollars just to remove and clean the mess left behind. I do not recommend SeaDek or Regal.

I had my Seadek installed by a Seadek rep in Oct 2022. I have a pad that has already come lose. I call Seadek and was told they do not warranty adhesion even if less than 6 months installed by their rep. There are a lot of other products out there you might want to check out!

Customer service was subpar. Put in an express shipping order for a single sheet, took until I called to process the order, one week later. Wrong label was put on package… didn’t arrive until 2 and a half weeks after the order date. Was not issued a refund for express shipping.

Upon receiving the product, we got it installed and at first loved it. But after having it out for a day, the next time we took it out we noticed the black stripes getting wider in a couple areas and by the 3rd or 4th time we had it out it was really getting noticeable. I contacted SeaDek and the said it's not covered under any warranty, but if we bought mitigation pads they would remake the pieces this one time. I'm sorry, but I am very disappointed that I've spent that kind of money on something I was so excited about and right away starting having problems. I have several friends boats that have SeaDek and they haven't had one problem. Also, it's very obvious that our flooring was cut from 2 different rolls, as the gray color is 2 different shades. I have asked several times if there could be a defect in the product - but the question never gets answered. It's completely avoided. Like I said, just very disappointed that this is being a "me" issue - I feel like it's a SeaDek issue and they should send the pads free of charge if that's what it takes to correct the problem. It's been over a week and I've yet to hear back from anyone about the pads either.

still waiting to hearto from someone to be measured for your material with no response yet . Researching my options For flooring .I have a short season not waiting all summer.little dissapointed to say the least.
