I bought the Ruler, it works great as a fast check to ensure we are not keeping under sized fish. Now if I can figure out how to only catch BIG fish I won't need to use the ruler. Thanks!

The link for tracking never worked and I have to date to receive your samples, not a great experience

Hello Andre, Thank you for reaching out to us about your experience with SeaDek. We strive to give the best customer experience we can and we see this has not been the case so far. We do see where an order for samples on 6/25 to Canada. Due to the border being partially closed at this time orders have been taking a lot longer to get through customs. We do have a certified installer near you in Manotick. They may have samples they can provide to you in a more timely manner since the order would not have to cross any borders/customs. Their information is below. Hurst Marina 613-692-1234 2726 River Road Manotick, ON CA K4M 1B4 [email protected] If they are unable to provide samples please let us know and we can ship you out another set. Thank you for your understanding during this time. SeaDek Marine Products

Very good product; dispatch of order was slow.

Hi Paul. We apologize that the processing and/or shipment was slow. We have been experiencing some delay with processing as well as with our carriers due to Covid-19 and our 4-week shutdown. We are hoping things will go back to normal soon. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We greatly appreciate it!

Product was easy to work with and went on easily. But, beware as you begin to position it, if it starts to stick, that's it! Don't try to pull it loose. Not a criticism, just a fact that they warn you about. Looks great!
Response from SeaDekJul 14, 2020
Hello Jim, you are exactly right! We recommend positioning the pads exactly where they need to be before sticking them down. Thank you so very much for taking the time to leave us a review - and a five-star review at that! We greatly appreciate it :)
