SDC International Shipping CompanyReviews of sdcinternationalshipping.com

Marlene was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially with knowing all about Australian customs. Took our call in the evening to accommodate us and is very pleasant and professional to do business with.

From first to last, starting With the first call, the first email, always a response, always prompt, always clear, and when I neglected and let things go because I wasn't ready, I received emailed updates which were very encouraging and reassuring. When I got started again on my project, Timothy was there at every return, always prompt, always clear. He worked on my plan seamlessly, terms to my satisfaction, explained the advantages of his company as opposed to another that might be less expensive, made me feel quite secure how he described the manner my 20 foot container would be taken care of all the way to Australia from California, including loading up, delivery at destination and unloading. Continued updates when I lagged or couldn't get to it were very very helpful. My files and history of my project and work with Timothy were always at the ready. A+++!

Responsive and professional, great advice and knowledgeable. Everyone has been great to deal with so far especially Timothy Toon who made a special trip to his office just to handle my enquiry late on a Wednesday night. That's excellent customer service!

Timothy was very helpful. Moving out of the country is a big move for us. The SDC team made us feel extremely comfortable with planning our move. They also provided amazing customer service. Thank you so much SDC team for everything that you do.

Gloria and Timothy they have been very helpful, Moving internationally it's a stressful process, tnx to them so far has been great thank you.

My shipping experience was nothing short of excellent with SDC International. They made it very simple to understand what is required and provided documents that were easy to understand as well.

SDC gave us a competitive quote and being local to us in LA were always available when we needed them. Laurynas, our agent, was meticulous in processing our shipment from CA to the UK to make sure we didn't have any issues. Because of this, everything arrived on time and there were no hassles with UK customs. A friend who moved back to UK last year using a different company had her shipment delayed in UK customs for a month because the paperwork hadn't been completed properly and she has a huge extra bill! BTW - both removals teams in LA and UK were extremely professional - very careful with our possessions and very friendly.

Wow I was blown away these guys handled my stuffs like gold the team was polite and very friendly SDC to the world 🌎 😀
