So far it has not been so great. It took about a month for it to arrive. I had a hysterectomy done in December and they wanted me to start pelvic floor therapy after my 8 week check up because before surgery I was having a big problem with incontinence. By the time my device showed up I really wasn't having a problem anymore. I went ahead and started using it because I was still having an issue when I sneezed or coughed. Well I have used it for a couple of weeks now and I'm finding that I am leaking all day now. Is that normal? If it's just a normal part of the process then I understand but I don't want to keep using it if it's just making things worse. The instructions say to use it everyday for 30 to 45 minutes. When I went back and watched the add for this, it says 10 minutes, 3 to 4 days a week. The other issue I have is struggling with how to speak to someone about this. I couldn't even find a way to leave a review on the actual website. So, so far not so great.

I ordered a PelviRestore device from this company. I received my device but the part that is to be inserted doesn’t work. I emailed the company(because listed phone number doesn’t work) was asked what I had received in the mail. I replied then got another email asking for a video showing what exactly was wrong with the device. I did that and the email I got back said they were going to send me one of the newest devices they had. I tolled them that was fine and was told they would be emailing me the tracking information. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE!! This business is just out to take your money! STAY AWAY!! Their female owner/CEO should be ashamed and embarrassed UPDATE: Don’t let the fact that the FOUNDER replied back to me fool you!! I have emailed the company 2 times and still NOTHING!! So I still stand by my review, THIS WEBSITE AND COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!! THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!! THE FOUNDER/CEO/PRESIDENT SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED AND ASHAMED TO BE WOMEN SCAMMING OTHER WOMEN IN NEED!! UPDATE #2 I did receive a new device BUT it DID NOT WORK!! I sent an email with a video showing that the device did not work. The reply email I got told me to go to their website and read all information about purchases. They are trying to tell me that they are not responsible for faulty equipment and think that big words and threats are going to scare me. NOPE! I already had an attorney who specializes in these types of cases read everything on their website along with all of the emails. I do have a case with all things considered. DO NOT, and I repeat, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE ONE SINGLE THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They’re just women stealing from women!

If I could give them a 0 I would. They have no customer support, don’t respond to emails, number doesn’t work. I purchased a device that I gave yet to receive. This website is definitely a Scam. DO NOT purchase from them.

Shipped quickly, everything intact. Been using it for a couple of weeks and have already noticed my urgency has improved. I'm 61 and changed my foods to strictly bladder friendly, take supplements for bladder health, do tai chi, and practice my breathing and spent 6 months with a pelvic floor Physiotherapy which helped with relaxation of my pelvic floor but the strengthening kegels presented challenges. Sculpther is a game changer for me. I believe it has helped with my strength to do kegels on my own. Appreciate that it's FDA- cleared. Patience and time.

The included instructions are incorrect. They state use for 30 minutes , company stated use only 10 minutes when contacted through chat bot. Phone number is disconnected and they have stopped responding to emails. Scam

Warning! Do NOT purchase this product. It is made and shipped from China. When I received the product it was a cheap piece of plastic and the part that a woman inserts has unsmoothed edges and the metal part had scratched as if it had been used. Also, the product didn't turn on or work.

I have not received the item that was ordered weeks ago. I have asked for the order number and not received it. I will NEVER order from this company again! ***So this post generated another BOT response from this company*** I have 25 emails and text messages and no followup. This Company does not even have a real address and the phone number they provide IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! It had been 5 weeks since they took my money!! THIS COMPANY SENT A SECOND PACKAGE TO NEW YORK! I HAVE NVER LIVED IN NEW YORK! THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY 30 PLUS MESSAGES AND HAVE KEPT MY MONEY. I literally was Just browsing and looking at the product and it charged my card. The number is disconnected and the support email is fraudulent. DO NOT GO TO THIS WEBSITE..SCAM
