I would like for any and all products…
I would like for any and all products that you that you offer along with the base product to be informed of prior to the checkout. Don't try to add things on at the end piece by piece.

Hi Yolanda, That's fair, and I appreciate you saying it. It's easier to decide when you can see everything up front instead of piece by piece at the end. Just so you know, nothing gets added to an order automatically, and you can review and remove items in your cart before checking out. Integrity?
From the beginning of the process was disappointed on check out - because they use shopify and it stores credit cards as soon as I clicked on cart the transaction was completed not giving me a chance to decide. I notified these folks and it took a week and I finally recd a response which didnt identify or even acknowledge the issue. WOW so finally recd item and what a lol. The bottle of solution is 2 oz. Have not tried device yet...considering the integrity issues I am no longer trusting to even use it. This company has customer service issues that threatens their integrity.

Sherry, I'm sorry. Checkout moving faster than you expected, and then waiting a week for a reply that didn't address your concern, would shake anyone's trust. Payment only goes through once checkout is fully completed, not just by opening the cart. The extra bottle in your package was a free gift, not a charge, but I understand that wasn't clear. All information that was presented is very informative and answered all my questions that I had already thought of which was great. I’m a healthcare professional myself and standing and rushing to emergencies sometimes is hard abusive on the bladder after birthing three big boys! Let me tell ya! They don't want to return my money they…
They don't want to return my money they are liars, I made an order by mistake supposedly I have a 1-hour window to cancel g the page has no option to cancel, their phone number doesn't work and in the email they answered me that I couldn't cancel why not if I wrote to them within the time of cancellation of their conditions, terrible customer service and I need my money I don't want their product

Claudia, I'm sorry. You ordered by mistake, couldn't find a way to cancel, and then were told it was too late even though you wrote to us quickly. Orders move into fulfillment very fast, sometimes before a cancellation request is seen. I understand that doesn't help when you acted right away.
